Entry Level Recruiter

Our Recruiting department at HKA Enterprises is looking to increase its Recruiting staff at the main office in Duncan, SC!

This will be a entry level position into the staffing industry where you would report to the Recruiting Manager directly. Right now the team consists of 7 other Recruiters of all levels that sit at the Duncan office. No experience required if you are self motivated!

If I had to describe the ideal traits for an entry level candidate, it would be that you must be organized, strong communication/ follow up, self-driven, and always chasing self growth.

  • Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM with sometimes required overtime.
  • This is a in-office job, not remote.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Starting hourly rate is $15 per-hour with the option to receive a monthly commission after a headcount (hires) of 10 has been achieved (usually takes 3 months to achieve, give or take).
  • Enter candidates into recruiting system
  • Track candidates through the recruiting process
  • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
  • Implement recruiting and sourcing strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates
  • Provide hiring managers with qualified candidates
  • Recommend new sources for recruiting candidates
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Refer qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Seek creative solutions for recruiting candidates
  • Screened candidates to hiring managers
  • Pursue new avenues for recruiting candidates
  • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing methods
  • Develop recruiting strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
  • Determine online recruiting and sourcing strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates
  • Supporting hiring managers and candidates
  • Perform candidate searches for qualified candidates
  • Managing full cycle recruitment process which includes sourcing candidates
  • Present top qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
