– Drug Discovery Program at KOR Life Sciences VIKOR SCIENTIFIC is a rapidly growing CAP & CLIA certified national clinical laboratory that provides targeted molecular diagnostics to help improve clinical and economic outcomes.

We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success for our KOR Life Sciences division.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with providing office support and related administrative functions as needed Assist Contract & Research Grants Management as needed on a variety of projects and tasks Prepare budget projections and analysis to assist PI or designee with financial management The assistant will manage budgetary transactions, including purchase orders; check requests; travel requests; and credit card expenses Assisting in Federal and State regulations on research grant funding In addition to primary duties and responsibilities, candidate will also successfully complete other duties as assigned, to include ordering office supplies for the department, as well as assist departmental staff when and where needed Key role in assisting PI in understanding the funding process and budgetary appropriateness Quality of grant submission, management of overdrafts, timeliness of cost transfers and cost distribution changes Assisting PIs and/or prepare grant proposal budget and budget justifications Reviews expenses and financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and other schedules as defined Draft correspondences and other formal documents Administrative tasks include copying, assisting in file management QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is required Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Computer proficiency, including efficient and accurate data entry and retrieval, is required Education: BA/BS Degree (Required) Experience: 2-4 years WE OFFER: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Short and Long Term Disability Life Insurance Options Paid Time Off
