Orthopaedic Surgeon Opportunities Near the Beach� McLeod Health, in Florence, South Carolina, is recruiting a full-time Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our healthcare system.

Qualified candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery.

We offer a competitive salary guarantee and comprehensive benefits package.

The surgeon must be willing to work in our practice located in Dillon, SC, including taking call for our hospital in Dillon, which is located 30 minutes from Florence, SC.

Call will be required 10 days/month with extra pay for extra call.

McLeod Regional Medical Center is a 565 bed, tertiary care and teaching facility, as well as, a referral center for the Northeast part of SC.

It is part of the McLeod Health system, which is a multi-hospital system serving a 15 county referral area, with a population of nearly 1.2 million people.

As the regional leader for healthcare services, McLeod provides outstanding comprehensive orthopaedic care for the Carolinas.

The urban population of Florence is approximately 200,000.

The geographic location is such that you can reach our capital city, Columbia, SC in approximately 1 hour; Charlotte, NC and historic Charleston, SC in about 2 hours; and, the beaches in 1 hour.

The mild climate allows us to utilize the excellent recreational opportunities on nearly a year-round basis.
